Remove exiting wall and all components- Concrete Stairs/pads- Concrete walls exterior- Remove existing stairs/landing completely- Remove existing concrete slab on grad, concrete stairs, concrete ramp & concrete stoop- Window demo, frame, glazing, interior sills/trim-remove door & frame entirely- Remove handrail-Guards & all components- Remove portion of existing wall- Wall & Ceiling mounted equipment: Boards, Clock, Tack Strips, Screen, Maps, TV Mount- Casework completely- Remove metal lockers entirely- Remove carpet flooring- Remove existing shower base pan- ceramic tile/quarry tile flooring & base- Remove existing lockers- Remove VCT flooring- Remove wall base & adhesive- Remove ACT Ceiling, Grid, & All components- Remove casework- Remove folding partition- Remove toilet room accessories- Remove toilet partitions- Remove existing wood built in cabinets & shelves- Remove Marble threshold & mortar bed- Remove concrete locker base- Remove existing column covers/ wood & plaster- Remove plaster ceiling- Remove rubber flooring from stairs landing, treads, & risers- Remove coil door completely- Remove existing ramp- Remove concrete fill- Remove mechanical louver/grille- Remove existing wall mounted/recessed fire equipment- Remove existing plywood from walls to studs- Remove padding & adhesive- Remove wall or ceiling mounted window blinds- Remove drywall/plaster bulkhead, stud framing, & all assc. components- Remove rubber floor matting- Remove existing curb & marble slab- Remove Chair rail- Remove stainless steel show partitions- Remove & salvage ceramic tile- Remove & salvage date stone- Remove fire extinguisher salvage- Remove basketball backboard & goal only frame to stay- Carefully remove 2 stain glass window memorials- Remove drywall from face of masonry- Remove existing ceiling tiles, wood framing & cellulose insulation- Remove existing drywall & metal studs to masonry- Remove galvanized storm leader- Remove existing floor decking & subfloor structure- Remove & salvage existing casework- Remove existing soap dispenser- Remove & salvage toilet partitions- Remove and salvage display case- Remove existing doors- frames stay- Remove existing doors entirely- Remove portion of existing concrete slab- Remove upper portion of chimney- Remove lockers- Remove drywall & vinyl wall covering back to plaster- remove existing drywall & metal stud framing back to masonry- Remove metal coping from top of existing masonry parapet- Saw cut roof deck for HVAC- Remove existing doors and hardware- Remove & salvage Knox box- Remove ceramic tile flooring & wall base- Remove drywall 7 std framing above lockers- Remove existing drywall & stud framing- Remove recessed floor mat- remove window & salvage.
